Ingredients:
500 g. spinach
3 leeks
1 kilo of various wild greens
200 g. spring onions
½ bunch of parsley
1 bunch of dill
100 g. mint
300 ml. olive oil
4 lemons (juice)
Black pepper, salt
Instructions:
Wash the vegetables carefully. Sauté in oil the finely chopped spring onions in a pan. Then, add the finely chopped herbs. Sauté them and last add the chopped spinach and the other greens. When you have sautéed all the ingredients, add water and when it comes to boil, put the salt, the black pepper and the lemon juice. The food is ready when all of its liquids are evaporated.
