Ingredients: cinnamon, marigold, mint, fennel and dried peels of tangerine.
Use: You can drink the monastic herb mixture as an infusion. Add the appropriate amount of boiled water to the herb mixture and cover it for 10 minutes to bring out the rich aroma as well as its therapeutic substances. Then strain and serve.
