Ingredients:
500 g. of penne macaroni
4 sweet red peppers from vase
4 ripe tomatoes
1 hot pepper
3 cloves of garlic
1 big onion
2/3 tea cup of olive oil
1 spoonful of chopped parsley
3 spoonful of vinegar
Salt, pepper
Instructions:
Wash and peel the vegetables, chop and blend them so they become a puree. Heat the oil in a deep pan, add the puree, the parsley, the vinegar, salt and pepper. Mix it for a while and as soon as the sauce is curdy enough, remove it from the stovetop. In the meanwhile, boil the penne macaroni in boiled water with 3 spoonful of olive oil. Strain them, pour the sauce and mix them.
