Little Orange Pies

Ingredients:
2 spoonfuls of margarine
250 g. of orange marmalade
Juice of an orange
Peels of an orange
2 spoonfuls of Grand Marne liqueur
1 packet of small flaky pastries
Some vegetable butter

Instructions:
In a pan, heat the margarine. Then, add the marmalade, the juice, the orange peels, the liqueur and mix them well. Fill each little flaky pastry with two spoonfuls of the mixture and fold it in two, so that it is like a triangle. Spread a little melted butter on the small orange pies and bake them in preheat oven, at 180 degrees for about 20 minutes.

Wash cauliflower and cut into large crests. Put in the tassel. Wash well the orange, cut into thin horizontal slices along with the skin and spread between cauliflowers. We put  the frozen shrimps in the boiling water  and then we add some salt. After the first boil, we strain the shrimps and let them dry.We heat the oil and we sauté the shrimps in it for 3 – 4 minutes.
