Barrel black olives, Halkidiki variety, from the Holy Monastery of the Annunciation of the Virgin in Ormylia, Halkidiki. The olives are prepared with traditional methods and the undivided care of the nuns, elements that make these olives unique.
The olives are harvested in November, when the proper ripening has occurred, and then they are selected one by one, in order to be in perfect condition and ideal size.
After their selection process, the olives are carefully washed and placed in barrels to ripen, along with sea salt. When the bitter taste of the olives has been removed, they are dried and herbs are added to preserve them properly and offer their unique flavor.
For all production and processing activities, the ISO 9001 & 22000 quality system is applied. The olives are available in Vacuum sealed packaging. Kept in a cool, dark and dry place. After opening the package, keep refrigerated.
Ingredients: Black olives Halkidiki variety, vinegar, herbs (oregano, thyme, basil), extra virgin olive oil, seed oil and sea salt.
