Ingredients:
5 artichokes
½ kilo of green beans
2 chopped onions
4 chopped cloves of garlic
1 bunch of dill, chopped
1 bunch of parsley, chopped
1 cup of olive oil
1,5 spoonful of tomato paste
Salt, pepper
Instructions:
Remove the artichokes’ outside leaves and put them in a bowl full of water and a little lemon juice so that they won’t get black. Sauté the onion and the garlic in the oil. Add the green beans and turn them upside down for a couple of times. Add half cup of water and the tomato paste (diluted in a little water), the artichokes, the parsley, the dill, salt and pepper. Cook it in a high temperature, until all the liquid is gone and only the oil is left.
