Corn Pie with Mushrooms

Ingredients:
2 cups of corn flour
1 cup of regular flour
1 baking powder
A little bit baking soda (optional)
3 eggs
A little salt
A little sugar
1 cup warm milk
½ cup of oil (half olive oil, half vegetable oil)
1 cup feta cheese
3 cups chopped mushrooms
1 tomato, chopped
1 strained yoghurt
1 onion, chopped
1 red pepper
1 green pepper
1 bunch of parsley
1 bunch dill
Grated parmesan

 

Instructions:
Saute the mushrooms with the oil to get soften and brown. Let them cool. Beat the eggs in the mixer. Then, add the milk, yogurt, oil and all other ingredients. Lastly, add the mushrooms and stir carefully. Allow the mixture for 10 minutes to rise. At that time, preheat the oven. Pour the mixture into a buttered baking pan and sprinkle the cake with grated parmesan. Bake at 200 degrees for 50-60 minutes.
