Ingredients:
1 octopus (1 to 1 ½ kilo)
Half a kilo thimble pasta
2 onions
3 to 4 cloves of garlic
200 g. of oil
6-7 ripe tomatoes
Black pepper, red sweet pepper
Cumin, oil, salt
Instructions:
Boil the octopus and cut in pieces of 1 ½ to 2 centimeters in length. Peel the onions and the garlic and finely chop them. Put them in a pan with the oil and sauté over low heat. When they are brown, pour half a liter of water and the tomatoes, which have been grated. Add a spoonful of octopus broth, salt and all the spices. When it comes to boil, toss it to a heatproof utensil or a baking pan. There, add the octopus pieces and the thimble pasta and mix well. Put it in the oven, which is preheated to 180 degrees for 30- 40 minutes until the food absorbs all its liquids, and then it will be ready.
