Pepperonata

Ingredients:
3 medium onions, finely chopped
1 kg of green and red peppers
500 g. ripe tomatoes
5 tablespoons of oil
Salt, pepper
¼ of a liter of water
1 tablespoon of vinegar
2 cloves of garlic melted

Ingredients:
Saute onions in oil for 5 minutes. Then add the peppers cut into strips and sauté them. Add the peeled and chopped tomatoes, salt, water, vinegar, pepper and garlic. Boil for 20 minutes.

Pour the sauce on top of the cauliflowers and add water, under the height of the cauliflowers. Boil over low heat and stir the pot occasionally.
