Ingredients:
1 kilo potatoes
4 quinces
1 can peeled tomatoes
Oil
Salt, pepper
Instructions:
Peel the potatoes and quinces and cut them into wedges. Put them all in a large baking pan. Add the tomatoes, pepper and salt. Stir and then add the oil. Bake at 200 degrees.
