Ingredients:
1 kg aubergines
1 large onion, chopped
3 cloves garlic, chopped
1/4 cup oil
1 tablespoon thin salt
5 tablespoons vinegar
Instructions:
Bake the aubergines in the oven until they soften well and peel them. Beat all the ingredients in the blender and add the salt. Taste the food, in case it needs some more vinegar or salt.
